By accessing or using the Maxiv application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a subscription-based skincare challenge application that provides personalized daily skincare tasks, product recommendations, and progress tracking over a 28-day challenge period.

The Service offers three subscription plans: a 1-Week Trial, a 4-Week Plan (most popular), and a 12-Week Plan (best value). Pricing varies based on promotional offers available at the time of purchase. All plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the standard renewal rate displayed at checkout.

Before each renewal, you will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before your renewal date. This gives you time to cancel if you choose not to continue.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app. Cancellation requires one tap — no phone calls, no emails, no retention flows, no confirmation dialog.

When you cancel: • Future charges stop immediately. • You retain full access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. • Your challenge progress, photos, and streak history are preserved indefinitely. • You can resubscribe at any time from the Settings page. Upon resubscription, your previous progress resumes where you left off.

We do not delete your data upon cancellation. Your work is yours.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the 28-day challenge and do not see visible improvement, contact support for a full refund. No questions asked.

Partial refunds for unused subscription time are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

The Service provides general skincare education and product recommendations. These recommendations are personalized based on your quiz answers (skin type, budget, goals) but do not constitute medical advice.

Product recommendations include affiliate links. When you purchase a product through these links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which products are recommended — recommendations are based solely on your quiz profile.

If you experience any adverse skin reactions, discontinue use of the recommended product and consult a dermatologist.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

In summary: we collect quiz answers, challenge progress, and photos you voluntarily upload. We do not sell your data. We do not share your photos. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
